a RevoluSOUND Customer Success Manager - Full Time (CDI)

 

 

ETX Studio is a newstech combining editorial strategy, production and technology for more than 200 clients around the world (media, brands, e-commerce sites, blogs or institutions). ETX Studio is member of the Online News Association (ONA) in the USA, of the International Press and Telecom Council (IPTC) and of the French Federation of Media Agencies (FFAP). ETX Studio produces bespoke content to be used on websites, social networks and applications for mobile and other electronic devices, TV screens or in print. By the end of 2020, ETX Studio launched a unique solution : ETX Daily Up, the first 100% audio augmented news platform to convert text into audio / video with 80+ high quality voices and accents.

 

In this context we are actively looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to take the responsibility of a portfolio of our ETX Daily Up key clients & work at the development of their revenue with us.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Being the point of contact of an International Clients Portfolio for the company
  • Develop & grow the client usage of our service & guarantee the best level of satisfaction
  • Organise the QBR with clients & create opportunities for Up Sell & Cross Sell
  • Identify all blockages or problems, work closely with the product team to solve them & provide solution to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Chief Business Officer on the set up & management of the sales workflow & organisation
  • Take the lead on the identification, implementation & management of sales tools & platforms
  • This role could evolve to a Management position of the CSM team

Qualifications & competencies:

  • 5 year’s experience in Digital Sales, especially in Customer Relationship / Account Management
  • Experience selling SAAS & Advertising
  • Knowledge of the Advertising ecosystem
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment in an International & Multi Cultural context
  • Experience working with one the main CRM Platforms & other Sales / CSM / Project Management tools
  • Experience of management of a CSM or Account Management team
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strongly Analytical & Ability to break down problems into manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities
  • Exhibits Integrity, humility, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Fluent in French & English. Another European language will be a plus
